a compilation of my life work and writings, a story of me, a story of life and its impact on an individual through their personal experiences and how they react to it and act within it.

 I believe art is a part of a crazy reality where our interpretations make us who we are. Thus saying that we are who we think we are. and we are who we think other people are not. why is that? 

filled with all the poetry of who I had to let die to be who I am today. 

the term the love below refers to just that, our love below the surface and the description of what goes on in order for that love to emerge again. Because if we truly were loving each other in all ways, we wouldn't keep our one trapped inside with our pain.

I wrote this book with women in mind. I wanted to make sure my sisters felt me on every level and every man felt my divinity in any form of light. bc in any form of life, im divine. in order to understand me you have to feel me so I spilled my feelings unapologetically on paper and onto this book.

SILENCE

One of the darker times in my life, post partum hit and the impact on my soul for the second time took me over and still creeps in til this day. I have learned and am learning that remaining silent majority of the time and just absorbing and observing can bring in more clarity than when we try our very hardest to do so. there is nothing to figure out but who we are and who we want to be and become.

ANGRY MAN, SAD?

Have you ever learned someones story and it changed your whole entire mind about them or life in general. Angry Man, Sad? is the PERFECT story to share with your children and the WHOLE family because it truly takes you on a ride of self reflection because what we might see to the naked isn't what it is. 

I believe anger is loud sadness. 

I believe that is a lesson many children should learn and carry with them through their lives bc they are truly the future. not only are they the future, they are our future leaders and our examples and our teachings are what will transcend time and even alter dna back to a source of peace no matter the circumstance.
